Shipping costs are a fixed rate of $9.99 for items under $200 before factoring in taxes and additional fees. Free shipping for items exceeding $200 is applicable solely to orders meeting FedEx's standard weight or size requirements. Should your order be marked as delivered, yet you haven't received the package, we kindly urge you to promptly contact our customer service. We will commence an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate and retrieve your package. It's important to bear in mind that the carrier's inquiry process may take 5-10 business days. Once the courier concludes their investigation and confirms the package as lost, we will expedite the refund or replacement process. Please note that SP Hardware does not assume responsibility for instances of package theft. Additionally, it's essential to clarify that the $9.99 fixed rate applies exclusively to ground shipping and not overnight shipping. The same distinction holds true for free shipping.


Please take into consideration that certain products may necessitate shipping charges due to unique delivery requirements arising from factors such as product weight, dimensions, or specialized handling procedures. An additional shipping fee will be applied if the chosen shipping service falls outside the coverage of our standard shipping policy.


We exclusively serve residents of the contiguous United States. Regrettably, we do not ship to U.S. territories located outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. Depending on your specific zip code, certain limitations may be applicable. We strongly recommend reviewing the shipping information displayed on both the cart and checkout pages.


Additionally, our offer of free shipping is applicable solely to items weighing up to 150 pounds that meet standard weight or dimensional requirements.


You can initiate a return within a period of 30 calendar days starting from the date of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the same payment method that was initially used for the purchase.


To ensure a prompt processing of shipping damage claims with the respective carrier, the customer must notify SP Hardware within 3 days of receiving the order. If any damage is observed upon delivery, both you and the delivery driver should make specific notes on the BOL or other relevant paperwork. These notes should include a description of the damage, the time and date of the incident, your name, contact phone number, and any other pertinent details. It is important to retain a copy of the marked BOL or any other documents provided by the carrier. 


Additionally, take photographs clearly documenting the damage before the delivery driver departs. To report the damage, please contact SP Hardware and forward the marked BOL copy, along with any other relevant documents and pictures. 


To encourage customers to make mindful purchasing decisions, we apply a restocking fee on returned items. For items returned within a 14-day period, a restocking fee of 25% will be applicable. Similarly, items returned between 14 and 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.

Please note that power tools cannot be returned for credit or refund. These items are covered by the manufacturers' guarantees, and any returns related to manufacturing defects or workmanship should be processed through the warranty department of the respective tool manufacturer.
